David’s company specializes in building and remodeling homes that incorporate the latest in building science and energy efficiency. With that experience has come an appreciation for historic preservation and the ingredients that allow our buildings to become old.
Preservation work has taught them the details that bring durability, repairability, and beauty to homes. Since 2010, this Waukon-based small business has restored over 500 historic wood windows throughout Northeast Iowa, while continuing to build efficient and beautiful homes.
Whether you live in an old home or are building a new one, this is a relevant topic for any energy-conscious homeowner.
