The August Energy Breakfast will feature one of Decorah's most noteable landmarks: the Porter House Museum. The non-profit museum recently underwent notable energy upgrades, including central air, installation of mini-split heat pumps, and rooftop solar. In the Spring of 2019, the Oneota Community Co-op completed a major remodel of its current store location. A large investment of this project was replacing an old refrigeration system with a newer refrigerated rack system.
