How Can Program Funds be Utilized?

• Eligible Applicants: Cities, Counties, School Districts, and Low-income Multifamily Housing properties in CEDI rural counties
• Eligible CEDI Rural Counties: Allamakee County, Winneshiek County, Howard County, Clayton County, Delaware County, Jackson County, Tama County, which includes land owned by the Meskwaki Tribe, Vernon County (Wisconsin), which includes Ho-Chunk Nation land
• Project Types: The technical assistance provided can support the analysis, strategy and implementation of the renewable energy system, energy efficiency, and overall project components intending to improve building energy performance for a New Construction or Retrofit building.
