Decorah Municipal Electric Utility Referendum: Voting Day

The city of Decorah is holding a special election asking the question: "Shall the City of Decorah, in the County of Winneshiek, State of Iowa, be authorized to establish a Municipally-owned electric utility?"  Be sure to get out there and vote!
